Montgomery Theater

Description

Montgomery Theater is a uniquely intimate, not-for-profit theatrical enterprise dedicated to bringing new life to old tales, and giving age and wisdom to new ones.  The three overlapping arches of our logo represent our intentions to serve the play by telling the story well, serve the artists by fulfilling their creative passions, and serve the audience by challenging and entertaining them.
Montgomery Theater demonstrates the power of live theater on an intimate scale.   By remaining true to our mission and fostering the free expression of ideas, Montgomery Theater aims to be:

  • Acclaimed by a growing theater audience for delivering consistently high quality theatrical productions, broadening the perspectives of all who participate;
  • Acclaimed by regional artists and actors for the collaborative atmosphere among playwrights, actors, directors, educators, professional and volunteer staff;
  • Acclaimed as an incubator for tomorrow’s actors;
  • Acclaimed by individual and institutional benefactors for establishing a sustained presence in the Delaware Valley cultural marketplace.
